"Going to a car lot is painful, it pisses me off just thinking about the stupid sales tactics most employ - with that said.....
I had a great experience here, the best car buying (leasing) experience I've ever had. Don was my initial sales guy, my husband called him, got pricing and told him I'd be in to test drive it. I drove it, loved it but decided I wanted to see a coupe, I told him to PLEASE try to be in the same ballpark because this is what I wanted. He came through, I told him exactly what I wanted (color, upholstery, features) and he found the car and got it on the lot. Keep in mind I hadn't given a deposit. He was going on vacation when I needed to pick up the car so he referred me to William who emailed me to introduce himself. He too was awesome! I didn't get the NAV package but William told me that the car was pre-wired and told me what I needed to buy to activate the Nav - he also told me to call him before I bought one because he may be able to get me one from a lease back - I found it on Amazon for $380 called him and he found one for me for $200.00 - I had it in 2 days and he installed it. I never felt "sold" or pressured or like I was dealing with someone who just graduated from Sales 101.
